In office February 2, a meeting was held with train operators the rolling stock with components XLS made in 2013.
The occasion was the retirement of one of the wheel pairs of the train on the stretch of the “Dikaya – Vologda” as a result of the broken side frame of the Ukrainian producer, the report says.
“The cars equipped with the side frames 2013 until the end of 2016 must pass depot repair, after a designated three-year period of operation. However, to prevent such emergency situations Rostransnadzor suggested the owners of the cars until February 19 to provide the plan additional corrective actions”, – stated in the message.
The company RZD is recommended if necessary to assist the operators of “unconditional security of traffic on the network.”
